This week in Portland, we’re wrapping up our August/September issue, and I’m getting ready to go to Japan, Tokyo specifically, for the World Barista Championships on Saturday. I’m very excited to visit Japan, and the fact that I’ll get to see many friends from around the world and some awesome barista skills on display has me totally stoked.
But it gets even better!
My father will be in tow, so the whole adventure will most likely be something like this.
