It’s competition season again, particularly here in the Southern Hemisphere. The Australian Barista Championship will kick off with the first state (regional) competition in Queensland on 9th February and then onto Adelaide for South Australia on 21st February. Following that will be Northern Territory, Western Australia, New South Wales, ACT and Victoria & Tasmania.
We’re always looking for competitors, volunteers and judges -anyone who is interested in having a go and get involved!
I’ll post regularly with updates of score and progress - but any Aussies (or anyone else!) who is keen to pitch in please contact secretary@aasca.com
And don’t forget: the german championships are up from 8th to 10th february!
