Coffee Leaders Gather in South Korea This Week

The World Coffee Leaders Forum in Seoul, South Korea, kicks off today, bringing together an esteemed panel of speakers to address current topics facing the specialty coffee industry. Speakers include reigning World Barista Champion Pete Licata, Intelligentsia Coffee buyer Geoff Watts, Specialty Coffee Association of Europe executive director David Veal, the esteemed Hidetaka Hayashi of the Hayashi Coffee Institute, Barista Magazine Editor Sarah Allen, and many others.

Following the World Coffee Leaders Forum, the famous Cafe Show will take place. The Cafe Show is the largest coffee show in Asia, and dwarfs most shows around the world, drawing more than 100,000 people annually.

The Korean Barista Championship will take place at the Cafe Show, too.
