I’ve been chatting with David Cooper this week about the North Central Regional AeroPress Championship he’s organizing to take place March 9. Last year, David and his team did a totally great job with this event, attracting not only a ton of competitors (30), but loads of spectators (more than 100).
This year, he’s getting an even bigger event together, and Barista Magazine is proud as punch to be a sponsor of it, along with Café Imports, Able Brewing, Aerobie, Anthology Coffee, and Populace Coffee.
It’s still a ways away, but we wanted to make sure this competition was on your radar, so here’s the skinny:

TO REGISTER: Go HERE. It’s free to compete, and there are currently 59 spots available. If you hail from North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan, you’re invited.
