An accomplished bartender and passionate barista, Victor hails from France. And you can read all about him and his interesting coffee journey in this issue!

Every single page of the magazine is available to view for free online by clicking HERE. Those of you who have a print subscription and want to wait for the hard copy printed on luxuriously rich and thick paper to arrive, well, you won’t be waiting for long: this issue is hitting mailboxes starting this week.

One of my personal favorite stories in this issue is "Own Your Own: Baristas Turned Cafe Owners," by Erin Meister, with some awesome photography.
