Our old pal, Mike McKim—owner of Cuvée Coffee in Austin, and also the very first person we profiled in our popular “10 Minutes With…” series—is getting some well-deserved accolades from top foodies in the United States, and we think that’s pretty cool. So we wanted to share to with you guys!

Cuvée Coffee is an awesome company—Mike buys amazing coffees, uses top-of-the-line equipment, and employs some of the best people in the industry (Lorenzon Perkins, anyone?).

Thrillist.com did a fabulous pictorial about Cuvée Coffee online recently called “A Day in the Life of a Coffee Roaster,” and we think you should check it out. It’s right HERE.

And the famous foodie, Andrew Zimmern, just named Cuvée Coffee’s yummy cold brew—Black & Blue—one of his favorite things about the recent Austin Food & Wine Festival. Check out the list of favorites by going HERE.

Finally, Mike told me yesterday that he’s got plans in the works for something really big and totally unique for the Austin coffee scene. He’ll keep us in the loop as details are released, and of course, we’ll be delighted to share them here with you, as well.

So stay tuned!
