BMag: What kind of people are you looking for?

Billy: We are looking for baristas who are enthusiastic, passionate about coffee and team players. They need to be skilled at making espresso-based drinks, and confident in sharing their knowledge and expertise. And if they are skilled at latte art, that’s certainly a plus.
