Stefanos was very charming, and very passionate, throughout his performance. Coming from a country where specialty coffee is not as high as it soon will be, Stefanos is an excellent representative for all that coffee can be in his home country. He was very knowledgeable, and also a very good communicator with his judges. A pleasure to watch!
