A Study in Celebrating!

Case Study cafe is a cozy and delightful coffeehouse really close to Barista Magazine’s offices. That means that we’d go there anyway for good coffee, even if the atmosphere sucked. But it doesn’t! It’s a really nice place to be, and has served as a backdrop to many an art and editorial meeting of Barista Mag staffers.

The exterior of Case Study. I borrowed this photo from the gurus at the Caffeinated PDX blog. Check it out!

We’re excited for Case Study that it will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a PARTY this Saturday, July 9!

Here’s what owner Christine Herman-Russell says in her invitation:

Come one and all to help celebrate Case Study’s 1st Birthday! Home-made food (lasagna/smoked pork/sides), beer by Upright and Laurelwood, DiPrima Dolci cake, music, friends AND if your game – a latte art throwdown at 10pm!! We’d love to see you!!

Love,
The Case Study crew

It’s going to be a total blast ”so you should go! Just head to 5347 NE Sandy Blvd., Portland, at 7 p.m. or later, and have fun!
