Chinese Coffee Ritual

Here’s a little story out of the Bay Area that caught my eye today. It’s a report from SFGate on a new café in Beijing, China that is using Ritual Coffee.

I like the backstory on the entrepreneur, Fish Sun, who opened the café, and his plans to open more stores soon, but what I particularly liked is the part about Sun’s background, and that as a student at the University of Washington, home of the mighty Huskies.

From the story:  He and a friend opened a small shop next to a bus stop near a community college. They rented a studio apartment and served coffee from their ground floor window to pay for school.

I like the creativity, and it sounds reminiscent of the creativity on display last week at Camp Pull-A-Shot, oh, and it gives me a work-related excuse to say, Go Huskies!
