BMag: Do you have a favorite customer? If so, tell us about him or her.

Enikö: Lavia Baranyai and Ferenc Baranyai. Because they always take part in every coffee activity and social events in Hungary, and they are really full of heart inside.

BMag: Besides your own cafe, what cafe do you think everyone should visit?

Enikö: Cafe Embassy and Tamp&Pull.

BMag: Which coffee producing country you would like to visit, and why?

Enikö: Ethiopia and Panama.

BMag: What are your interests outside of coffee?

Enikö: Gastronomy.

BMag: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Enikö: I would like to be somewhere where I open my eyes in the morning, open the window, and everywhere I can see coffee.

BMag: Is there anyone you would like to thank or who helped you prepare for the WBC?

Enikö: I would like to say thank you to my fiance. He was always with me, when I laughed, when I cried, and I think it’s really hard to stay with somebody who is preparing for the WBC. And I’m really greatful for the people who are always with me, Lajos Horv¡th, Richard Vid. I would like to say thank you to Tibor Hajcsunk and the Pasco team and Noami Szuna, and all of my sponsors, who helped me to be here.
