Barista Mag:  Before coffee, did you work in a different job or industry, or what did you study in school?

Enikö:  I graduated as a musician in 2007.

BMag:  How did you get started in coffee?

Enikö:  I met with a barista, and she totally changed my life.

BMag:  What was your first amazing experience with coffee?

Enikö:  When I tasted my first light medium roasted coffee.

BMag:  Do you have a favorite customer? If so, tell us about him or her.

Enikö:  La ­via Baranyai and Ferenc Baranyai. Because they always take part in every coffee activity and social events in Hungary, and they are really full of heart inside.

BMag:  Besides your own cafe, what cafe do you think everyone should visit?

Enikö:  Cafe Embassy and Tamp&Pull.

BMag:  Which coffee producing country you would like to visit, and why?

Enikö:  Ethiopia and Panama.

BMag:  What are your interests outside of coffee?

Enikö:  Gastronomy.

BMag:  Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Enikö:  I would like to be somewhere where I open my eyes in the  morning, open the window, and everywhere I can see coffee.

BMag:  Is there anyone you would like to thank or who helped you prepare for the WBC?

Enikö:  I would like to say thank you to my fiance. He was always with me, when I laughed, when I cried, and I think it’s really hard to stay with somebody who is preparing for the WBC. And I’m really greatful for the people who are always with me, Lajos Horv ¡th, Richard Vid. I would like to say thank you to Tibor Hajcsunk and the Pasco team and Noami Szuna, and all of my sponsors, who helped me to be here.
