Barista Job in Copenhagen Available

I received this job posting from Kent Nielsen of KentKaffe in Denmark yesterday…

Barista Wanted for Full-Time Job at Kent Kaffe Laboratorium

Kent Kaffe Laboratorium will open in the heart of Copenhagen close to Nørreport Station. In that case, we are looking for coffee enthusiasts to create a plesant atmosphere and generate focus on our store. We expects to open in January 22.

Kent Kaffe has a roastery on Fyn from which we produce 100% organic and fairtrade coffee. The coffee is roasted with a great amount of perfectionism, and the team behind has several years of experience and love for the coffee trade. We look forward to open the shop in Copenhagen.

We can offer you a job where coffee is in absolute focus. Furthermore you will be part of the store’s opening process and thereby have the opportunity to affect your future workplace.

We strongly emphasize that you have a natural interest and sense for coffee. You need a great experience from the field. The job will imply everything within the barista profession, including quality assurance, teaching, coffee brewing, passing on knowledge to the guests, cupping and other practical tasks in the store.

We therefore need a skilled barista who loves to be nerdy about coffee. You hava a good attitude to work, strong personality and focus on the service trade. Attention, expertise and knowledge are values that you are familiar with as they are part of creating the atmosphere in Kent Kaffe Laboratorium.

We ´re aiming to create a team where different personalities will form a holistic team. We therefore invite everyone regardless sex and ethnicity to apply.

Tell us about yourself and send your application to kentkaffe@gmail.com.

We expect job interviews to be held over a good cup of coffee in December and the team to be put together before the end of 2010.
