Stumptown Photo Contest!

Our friends at Stumptown Coffee are hosting a cool contest right now on Facebook that you should totally check out and enter! Deadline is October 16, so get on it NOW!

Here are the details:

Welcome to the Stumptown Facebook photo contest.
We invite you to submit your unique perspective on all things œStumptown . Ideally this means œyour Stumptown experience. May it be your favorite drink, a colorful café moment, your Stumptown-inspired home coffee setup, whatever. If you know anything about Stumptown, it’s that we appreciate originality, creativity, and the unconventional. Here’s your chance; pick up a camera and show us something awesome. Simply take a photo and post it to our Facebook page under the photo contest tab. Just a heads up, we will be enforcing the Official Rules of the contest (see below) and will remove photographs that don’t follow them or feel ˜out of line’.

Guidelines:
1. Photo content must be related to Stumptown Coffee Roasters. 2. Photographs must be submitted through our Facebook Photo Contest Page before October 16th, 2011 and must follow all Official Rules.

How to Participate:
The Photo Contest is run through our Facebook Page. Please ‘Submit an Entry’ at the top of the page to enter!

Prizes:

Stumptown Coffee Roasters Grand Prize: Exclusive collection of 5 Stumptown T-shirts (these are rare and previously only available to staff). Winner will be chosen by Stumptown Coffee staff based on the Judging Criteria below.

1st Place People’s Choice: 2 bags of Stumptown Coffee per month for a year. The photograph with the most votes through the Facebook Photo Contest page wins.

2nd Place People’s Choice: Limited edition, seasonal mug set ($100 value): The photograph with the second most votes through the Facebook Photo Contest page wins.

Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, visual appeal, and effectiveness in conveying the unique character of Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Select staff members will judge the entries and all contest decisions are final. Entries that fail to comply with the Official Rules may be disqualified and or removed from the contest.

Voting:
Users are allowed to vote once a day and voting is available until October 16th, 2011.

  1. Hey this is great! I’ve got tons of photos where I am either drinking my coffee (I was trying to appear candid lol) or showing it for the camera. I’m quite addicted to doing that (!) Let me go see which one might have a fighting chance in this contest. I’ll go spread the word. Thanks! 😉
