We at Barista Magazine have traveled the world with Stefanos Domatiotis of Greece, from Peru to Russia to the UK, and beyond. It's an honor for us to feature him on the cover of the June/July issue of Barista Magazine. (Sarah shot this photo late one night on the streets of Moscow.)

We’ve been publishing Barista Magazine for more than eight years, so we’ve had the chance to see some great baristas grow from excited kids to passionate coffee professionals: Stefanos Domatiotis of Greece is one of those.

The multi-time Barista Champion of Greece is featured on the cover of our June/July issue, as well as in a feature article. Stefanos morphed from competitor to coach this year, and trained Asli Yaman for her win at the Turkish Brewers Champ. Asli just returned from Melbourne, where she turned in a wonderful performance on the international level. Asli has a lot to be proud of, but so does Stefanos.

Get to know Stefanos and the company he works for in Greece, Taf, in this issue.
