Holy macaroni, you guys sure wanted that AeroPress and Able Disk Fine prize from Prima ”record numbers of you submitted answers to our trivia question! And another thing: you guys really know your decaf! Our trivia question was:

Q:  What are the two methods of decaffeination that can maintain a coffee’s organic certification, as cited in an article  in the February/March issue of  Barista Magazine?

The answer was: Supercritical Co2 and Water Processes (either Swiss or Mountain)

And loads and loads of you got it right! Just look how many slips of paper were jammed into Ken’s Portland Trailblazers hat this morning at the drawing in our office!
