Wow, congratuations to Tetsu Kasuya! It seems like it was a very tight competition, all the contestants had so much skill and unique vision and attention to detail. It is great to see that the competition brings together brewers from all over the world, at the end of the day it is a celebration of the trade and of coffee in general. I can imagine so many engaging conversations and new ideas come out of the course of the competition.
