There’s a reason folks have bleary eyes this morning… those Swedes sure can show a girl (or a few hundred girls and boys) a good time! At the close of yesterday’s activities in the big white tent, we left en masse and walked to the harbor, where we boarded a beautiful boat and took a 2-hour cruise around Gothenburg. Thankfully, we had been supplied with these awesome hats! Not to mention champagne… The scenery was simply incredible. The photos don’t do it justice..
The boat dropped us off at a terrific restaurant: Restaurang Tres, where we feasted on Swedish delicacies (like, 5 different kinds of herring. HEAVEN.). After eating, we engaged in one of the most well-loved events of the NBC: trivia! But rather than coffee jeopardy this year, as in years past, we had a coffee olympics of sorts, wherein teams had to act out scenes. It was super duper fun.
