A staple of any WBC is the barista meet and greet party, so last night after the day wrapped up at the competition space, we boarded buses and headed across town. So sure, it wasn’t exactly a quick trip through Bogota rush hour traffic, but after an hour and a half or so, we arrived at our destination, another staple of the modern world, an Irish bar. This one was named the Pub Usaquen.
With numerous beers and pub grub platters, the baristas (at least those who didn’t have to compete early today) were able to let their hair down, relax a little and socialize.
