On Sunday, we continued our extensive coverage of the Barista & Farmer project that took place for the first week of November in Puerto Rico. Barista & Farmer found 15 Italian baristas living and working at Hacienda San Pedro, a coffee farm where production and farming education was taught, and the baristas participated in challenges all week long. After our exciting coverage of the Moscow Coffee and Tea Expo, which took place in early October, we featured a video on the blog on Monday where the entire event was summarized, including the exciting presenters such as Fritz Storm, Sonja Grant, Colin Harmon, and others. Find the post HERE.
We are super stoked to be the media sponsor of the newly formed Northwest Latte Art League, which had its second community gathering in Seattle on Saturday, November 9. On Tuesday, our friend Michael Butterworth contributed a great article about the super awesome and totally exciting Kentucky versus Tennessee Latte Art Throwdown that took place in Bowling Green on Thursday, November 7, which raised a bunch of money for charity. See the post HERE.
