Chicago, Chicago, I Love Ya, Chicago…

It’s awfully quiet here in Barista Magazine’s offices today, what with Publisher Ken Olson missing in action. He’s holding down the fort ”er, booth ”at Coffee Fest Chicago this weekend, giving away tons of magazines, chatting with all the coffee friends who have gathered for the show at Navy Pier, and, as soon as the show’s over for the day, looking for some solid microbrew and deep dish pizza.

He’s been keeping me entertained by texting photos from the show, and I thought I’d share them here with you folks. So much fun going on in Chicago ”because, c’mon, if the World Barista Champion’s in the house, how can it not be fun?
