Dalla Corte is releasing these gorgeous little films about some of the most influential and well respected coffee pros, starting with Fabrizio Sención RamÃrez, multi-time Mexican Barista Champion and you may recall that he took second place in the 2012 World Barista Championship.
In this lovely short film, he talks about his passion for coffee, his family, his cafe, and his hopes and dreams. I came away from it feeling like I’d just enjoyed a cup of coffee and conversation with him. This is a gem.
