Jam in Metro Detroit

Tom Isaia from Coffee Expresso Co., in Plymouth, Michigan, wrote to me a few weeks ago to tell me about a jam he was putting together in the metro Detroit area, and I asked if he wouldn’t mind getting back to me to let me know how it all went. Tom did one better and made videos about the jam, which was coupled with a Specialty Coffee Association of America Skill Building Workshop. They’re awesome! Check ’em out for yourself…
