Your regional ”in its new format as bigger and better than ever ”will take place at Coffee Fest Chicago, February 18-20, at Navy Pier. It’s gonna be colossal! This is the region where the man, the myth, the legend, Mike Phillips, won the first of three little contests last year. They were a regional, then a United States Championship and then, oh yeah, the frickin World Barista Championship!! So you know this is a region where dreams come true!
