Yes, many cafés have rotating art shows decorating their walls, but this one is really something else. Ok, so a lot of you aren’t necessarily Portland Trail Blazer fans or even sports fans, but I think we can all appreciate the ingenuity of an art show that focuses on a local subject and inspires so many to create their own pieces in celebration of it.
Michael Brooks, sometime Barista Magazine contributor and manager of the Fresh Pot, gave me a heads up about this a while ago, and this morning as I dropped by blazersedge.com to see what was the status with our players for tonight’s game against New Orleans, I saw a link up with photos of the Blazers Art Show at the Fresh Pot on Mississippi.
