Welcome to the the latest issue of Barista Magazine
Not wanting to steal any thunder from our rad Tuesday series, Barista Training Camp, we waited an extra day to post our “hey, there’s a new issue of Barista Magazine out!” blog story. So here it is!
See that woman on the cover smiling at you from the warm, oceanside climes of Puerto Rico? That’s none other than Rebecca Atienza, whose family business, Hacienda San Pedro, is part coffee farm, part roasting company, part retail operation. As if Rebecca weren’t busy enough working daily with her father on the farm and in the shops, Rebecca is also the co-founder of Barista & Farmer, the groundbreaking international coffee competition and event.
Our feature article about Rebecca and Barista & Farmer is just one of the many stories our fantastic writers, illustrators, and photographers have worked on for months to bring you the best content we can. Here are some of the other features in the December 2015 + January 2016 issue ”we can’t wait for you to read them!
And there is much, much more! New products to check out! News about some of the best events of the fall, such as Canada’s first Latte Art Championship, the first Women Barista Connect gathering in Denmark, the Coffee Fest Portland Latte Art Competition, and lots more stuff!
Read the whole issue online for free by clicking HERE. Or subscribe today ”it’s only $30 (U.S.) for six issues, and we think you might find it’s well worth it.
