We just saw this list of the Top Ten Barista Blogs from the Culinary Arts College, and were pleasantly surprised to see that Pasteboard made the cut. We like to see more attention paid to coffee and baristas from the culinary side of things, so this definitely a step in the right direction. Friends from our blogroll also made the list, such as James Hoffmann’s blog and Colin Harmon’s among others.
There are some blogs on the list that I would say could be replaced by more coffee-focused ones, but I guess it’s hard to find the click-generating photos of Ben Helfen or Mike Phillips pulling shots in a bikini.
