Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. in Milwaukee, Wisc., is looking for an experienced coffee professional to join our growing team. We are a family owned company, 14 years old, and deeply rooted in our community and our dedication to sourcing exceptional coffees. We are looking for someone who aims to constantly expand their coffee knowledge, but has a solid base coming into the position. Experience is required; we ask that you are confident in your roasting abilities and have previous experience working with importers. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds is necessary. Bonus points if you like ping pong and grilling.
The Director of Coffee will be responsible for:
- Green Buying and Sourcing
- Sample roasting
- Production roast profile development
- Roasting
- Social Networking (help to manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts)
- Quality control measures (cuppings, etc.)
