¢ The China Latte Art Championship
¢ The China Master Bartending Championship
¢ And OK, this isn’t coffee related, but we totally want to see the China Pizza Throwing Championship. I mean, c’mon. Don’t you??
HOTELEX Shanghai is one of the biggest events in the world, with 10 different sectors geared toward the hospitality industry. Two of those sectors are applicable to coffee: the Food & Beverage sector, and the Coffee & Tea sector. And believe me, you won’t feel like you even have enough time to see everything in those two sectors — this show is massive. There are more than 1,500 exhibitors! And last year, almost 85,000 people attended! That’s bananas!
